Squat Challenge - Day 1

I said to myself - Self, let's do a squat challenge.  100 squats a day for 100 days.    If I do them in sets of 10 throughout the day I should get it done easy peasy.  So I started

at 50 squats on day 1 I decided to do 50, because you know - walking.

Day 1 left me a bit sore, but a good sore.
