Morning Check In

 got my goal for the first time in FOREVER yesterday.  My daily goal is 12500.  I set it higher because I have a shorter stride and 10k steps really wasn't giving me 5 miles.  I did a lot of sitting around too, but I did manage one good workout.

Eating was higher, but then I moved more, so it's good.
